Whenever I deal with something new or face a problem in my life, I try to learn as much as possible and read everything I can. From starting my business to changing my lifestyle, reading helps me gather information, gain control and overcome any hurdles. Thankfully, there were plenty of books that have helped with my anxiety.
For the last decade, anxiety has been a major part of my life. It’s made me change my career, evaluate my lifestyle and cancel more plans that I can even count. Can you relate?
